Waterwatch Scotland calls on WICS to rethink new service delivery plans

Waterwatch Scotland has accused the Water Industry Commission for Scotland (WICS) of failing to properly involve stakeholders in a recent consultation exercise and has demanded that WICS urgently review its procedures.

Millions owed in unpaid water charges

Scotland's water watchdog, Waterwatch Scotland, has branded the level of unpaid water charges as deeply worrying, suggesting too many people are being asked to pay water charges that they cannot afford.
